Cream was established in 2004 with a very specific remit to provide value-adding Interim, permanent and outplacement solutions. We have over 6 years successful track record working with major organisations from The Department of Work and Pensions through to Barclays Wealth. Integrated business solutions driving business performance, enabling increased ROI.

Outplacement
Bespoke outplacement and career management solutions for Executive and Professional staff, helping and motivating people during a difficult time to embrace change, boost self confidence and provide practical and personable support to secure that ideal job. We do not get paid unless we place interim and permanent staff, so we know what works and pass on that knowledge and expertise. Our consultants are all from HR/Recruitment backgrounds and pass on their expert knowledge.

As part of a separation package it makes good business sense, It is essential as offering some form of severence and reduces the potential for legal action.

The Talent
We have a database of approximately 4000 Interim Managers from which we have around 600 qualified and referenced Interim's who we know well. We have interviewed, referenced and know their strengths and most importantly culture and people skills. Our interim manager bank is grown largely through networking and personal recommendation.
